You may return your purchase for a refund up to 14 days after receipt of the items.

Please post the item(s) back to the return address below or use the address label on the dispatch note. Once the parcel has been returned an email will be sent to confirm that it arrived safely.

The cost of return is the customer’s responsibility. Be sure to obtain a free proof of postage when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

We ask that any unwanted item, unless faulty, be returned in a re-saleable condition with all the original packaging and labels. If the returned goods show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether they are as expected, we hold the right to reduce the amount of money refunded.

Once the goods have been returned (or evidence of the return is provided) your refund will be processed within 14 days. This will include the standard postage and packaging charge for the outbound delivery. If you paid for special delivery you will be refunded our standard delivery charge only.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.


Customers returning orders from outside of the UK will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order.

We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. We recommend that international customers send their returns via a registered trackable service and clearly mark on documentation ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid delays at customs.

To cancel your purchase you must do so in writing. Please email stating the order details (date of order, the username/email address you used to order, item name, quantity, price, etc.). Alternatively print out and fill in this form (PDF) and post it back to the return address above.

You have a right to return goods if they develop a fault up to six months after receipt of the goods. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or a full or partial refund. Please email to inform us of the fault so that we can try to sort the problem out for you.


If the item has been posted but is lost in transit, we will provide a refund or re-deliver the same item.
